These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teleport You service (the Service), operated by Teleport You. By using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service. The Service lets you search, plan and book travel services — flights, hotels, transfers, activities and more — offered by third-party providers (airlines, agencies, booking systems, hotels). For some providers we may also help automate the booking process.

2. Your use. You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose and to provide accurate information. You are responsible for your actions and for complying with the laws of the country where you are located.

3. Bookings and prices. We show prices provided by providers and charge a transparent fixed commission. Final cost and availability are confirmed by the provider at the time of booking.

4. Liability. The Service is available as is. We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for the accuracy of provider information or for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Intellectual property. The content, design and materials of the Service belong to Teleport You or its licensors. Using the Service does not give you any rights to them.

6. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page and takes effect upon publication.
